How does factoring and brokerage work with MetaSys?
MetaSys operates through authorized partnerships. We are an authorized partner of Riviera Finance, OTR Solutions, and RTS Financial for factoring, and we operate as a broker agent under contract with licensed US brokerages for brokerage work. Every invoice, load, and carrier relationship runs through those authorized channels.
How fast can I start working with MetaSys?
Most dispatch and factoring engagements go live within a few business days of submitting your carrier information. Brokerage agent contracts and limo dispatch engagements are scoped individually since they involve broker or client-specific onboarding.
Is AI dispatch replacing your human dispatchers?
No. MetaSys runs both. Truck Dispatch is our human-led service for carriers who want a dispatcher who knows their lanes and negotiates every load. AI Dispatch is a separate early access product for carriers who want autonomous load matching with a human approval gate before anything is committed. You choose the model that fits your operation.
What size fleet do you work with?
Everything from a single owner-operator truck to large carrier fleets. Our dispatch, factoring, and brokerage services scale with the number of trucks you run.
Do you work with brokerage firms, not just carriers?
Yes. MetaSys operates as a broker agent under contract with licensed US brokerages, handling carrier sourcing, load coverage, and back office work. We are actively signing new broker agent contracts.
What does the limo dispatch service cover?
Twenty-four hour dispatch coverage for limousine, black car, and chauffeur operators, including flight tracking, delay handling, chauffeur and vehicle coordination, and multi-day itinerary management. Engagements involving high-profile passengers are handled with discretion and under NDA where required.

Load board vs. dispatcher: which is better for a new carrier?
A load board gives you visibility into available freight, but you still do the negotiating, rate confirmation, and follow-up yourself. A dispatcher does that work for you and pushes for lane rates instead of the spot minimums posted on a board. Many new carriers start on a load board to learn the market, then move to a dispatcher once the hours spent searching and negotiating start costing more than the dispatch fee.
What should be on a checklist for starting a trucking business?
At minimum: your own MC and DOT authority, or a leased authority if you do not have one yet, insurance, a plan for cash flow between loads, and a dispatch or load-board strategy for finding freight. MetaSys covers three of those directly: MC lease for carriers without their own authority, factoring for cash flow, and dispatch for finding and negotiating loads.
How does owner-operator pay compare to being a company driver?
An owner-operator keeps the margin between what a load pays and the truck's operating costs, but also carries fuel, maintenance, insurance, and dispatch or factoring fees that a company driver does not. Company drivers get a steadier paycheck with less financial risk. Carriers who make the move to owner-operator typically lean on dispatch and factoring specifically to manage the rate negotiation and cash flow a company driver never has to think about.
